Global Times (Hoàn cầu thời báo) hạ giọng uốn mình và không quên răn đe dọa nạt để bắt VN nhân nhượng

Trong bài xã luận có tên gọi "Tư tưởng cởi mở là chìa khóa trong quan hệ Trung-Việt", Hoàn cầu thời báo vẫn không thoát khỏi cái NÃO TRẠNG ĐẠI HÁN của mình: (Đọc "Open minds key to Sino-Vietnamese ties")

Such a move would naturally be perceived by Chinese public and media as an unfriendly move. "

4) Và níu kéo cái lý của tình đồng chí anh em XHCN: "Both China and Vietnam are socialist countries. They have both adopted similar reform and opening-up policies. China's rise will be beneficial for Vietnam. China would also like to see a developing and prosperous Vietnam. "

5) Rồi lại cứng rắn răn đe: "China's diplomatic options for defending its South China Sea interests are restricted." và " Even if China is not as powerful as it should be, its national strength is still superior to that of Vietnam."

6) Nhằm đạt được sự nhân nhượng nhiều hơn từ phiá VN, và ở đây vai trò Hoàn cầu thời báo là "phán ánh public opinion" để đổi lại thì phía TQ chỉ cần giả vờ kiềm chế ("more tolerance") trước các quan điểm hiếu chiến (đăng trên Hoàn cầu thời báo): "As the South China Sea issue is still very sensitive, they should take each other's public opinion into consideration or the losses may outweigh the gains.
